ABOUT ORI

Intelligence Built on Accountability

OR Intelligence was founded on a single premise: that open-source intelligence, when properly collected, verified, and structured, is as operationally valuable as classified reporting — and far more accessible to the personnel who need it most.

MISSION

Why ORI Exists

The intelligence gap facing state and local law enforcement is well-documented. Federal intelligence products are often inaccessible, delayed, or formatted for audiences with different operational priorities. Commercial threat feeds are unverified, noisy, and built for corporate security teams.

ORI was built to close that gap. We produce analyst-verified OSINT intelligence formatted specifically for operational use by government agencies and law enforcement organizations — structured, sourced, and delivered on a cadence that matches operational tempo.

Every brief we publish is signed by a named analyst, sourced to verifiable open-source material, and reviewed by a second analyst before release. We do not publish speculation. We do not publish unverified claims. We publish intelligence.

METHODOLOGY

How We Work

01

Collection

Analysts monitor a curated set of open-source channels across government publications, court records, regulatory filings, academic research, verified news sources, and technical intelligence repositories. Collection is continuous and domain-specific.

02

Assessment

Each collected item is assessed for source reliability, corroboration status, and operational relevance. Items that cannot be corroborated by at least one secondary source are held pending further collection or discarded.

03

Verification

Assessed items pass through a two-stage review: primary analyst review followed by senior analyst validation. Confidence ratings (LOW / MODERATE / HIGH / CONFIRMED) are assigned at this stage based on source quality and corroboration depth.

04

Structuring

Verified intelligence is formatted into the ORI standard brief structure: classification header, executive summary, source chain, analyst notes, and recommended actions where applicable. Format is fixed to ensure consistent read time and operational utility.

05

Delivery

Briefs are delivered on a defined cadence to verified subscribers. Priority items are flagged and delivered immediately. All delivery is logged and access-controlled at the subscriber level.
